This appeal (FMAT 695 of 2021) and the connected application (CAN 1 of 2022) are disposed of with a direction of liberty reserved to the appellant to make the self-same prayer is in the grounds in the memorandum of appeal before the learned court below. The learned court below will consider such prayer in accordance with law.
