The petitioner is a pre-primary private school which is not getting the assistance which it receives from the government. The petitioner made two representations, which are at page 35 and 36 of the writ application, to the Sub Inspector of Schools and to the Commissioner of School Education respectively on 28.03.2022 and 19.07.2022 respectively.

The petitioner submits that these two representations have not been looked into by the authorities.

Therefore, I direct the Commissioner of School Education to look into the matter within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this

order and to pass a reasoned order by two weeks immediately thereafter.

With the above observations and directions this writ application is disposed of.
