It appears from the report that steps have been taken to arrange for a replacement teacher in place of the petitioner in four nearby schools. In those circumstances, the respondents may continue to make efforts in terms of the 2015 Rules and strictly in terms thereof.

Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of.

The personal presence of the alleged contemnors is dispensed with. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
