1. Affidavit of compliance filed on behalf of the alleged contemnor is taken on record.

2. It is found that the alleged contemnor has passed a reasoned order on 15th September, in compliance to the order passed by this Court in WPA 96 of 2025 on 5th May, 2025.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the order of the Court was restricted to the question as to whether there is any such violation under Rule 19 and Rule 21 of the West Bengal Panchayat (Gram Panchayat Administration) Rules, 2004. However, Pradhan, the alleged contemnor while directing the private respondents for removal of the

brick wall and barb wire fencing within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the order, has also directed the petitioner to produce the sanctioned building plan and the LR record of rights which was never directed by this Hon'ble Court. Therefore, the compliance by the private respondents should proceed independently and not subject to compliance by the petitioners.

4. In view of such submission, it is clarified that the direction issued by the alleged contemnor upon the private respondents and the petitioner in the said reasoned order should proceed independent of each other.

5. In view of passing of reasoned order by the alleged contemnor, the contempt petition being no. CPAN 1292 of 2025 stands disposed of.
