1. The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the statement of the injured directly implicating the petitioner for the injury which appears to be grievous in nature, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
