In view of the order of proclamation and attachment dated on 20th May, 2024 and the report shows that no property could be found, we are not inclined to allow this application for anticipatory bail. Moreover, it appears that the petitioner is absconding since 2019 and has delayed the proceeding intentionally.

2. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

3. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
