The petitioner renews the prayer for anticipatory bail. His application for anticipatory bail being CRM 1655 of 2021 was rejected on May 24, 2021. The petitioner applied for recalling of such order by filing an application being CRAN 1 of 2021 which was dismissed as not pressed at the instance of the petitioner on August 19, 2021. Thereafter the present application was made.

The prayer is opposed on behalf of the State. Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the gravity of the offence and the conduct of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 7535 of 2021 is dismissed.
