Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record and in view of the prima facie materials disclosing role of the petitioner in illegally abstracting electricity and as wrongful loss has not yet been recovered, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
