For the Petitioners Mr. Anowar Hossain Ms. Manisha Sharma ... for the State The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Ms. Manisha Sharma, Learned Advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority. The petitioner submits that they have no intention to evade the Court of law and, to that effect, the records also show that all the five accused persons, who are before this Court were regularly present except on 16th of June, 2023 when the warrant of arrest was issued.

The petitioners are directed to surrender/appear before the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Arambagh by 11th of August, 2023. In case, the petitioners appear on 11th of August, 2023, they may be allowed to continue with the

same bail and bond and the warrant of arrest, so issued, be recalled.

In case, the petitioners do not appear/surrender by 11th of August, 2023, in that case, the Learned Sessions Court would take recourse to harsher process of law for compelling the appearance of the accused persons. The execution of warrant of arrest, so issued, be stayed till 11th of August, 2023.

Accordingly, CRR 2678 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order, duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
