1. Despite service of notice, State is not represented.

2. Review is sought by the State of an order dated 16.06.2022. By the said order, FAT 7 of 2020 was dismissed for non removal of defects and failure to file an application for condonation of delay of 290 days.

3. Review application itself is filed with the delay of more than 3 years. There is no application for condonation of delay in review application either.

4. In that view of the matter, RVW 233 of 2025 is dismissed.

Consequently, connected pending application, if any, is also dismissed.

5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order and duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
