Petitioner Ms. Khusi Mollick ...for the Petitioner Due to inadvertent mistake in the order dated 10.9.2025, in the 4th line of the 3rd paragraph of the 2nd page, the sentence "subject to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda" shall be deleted and in place of "subject to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda" shall be inserted. Let the correction be incorporated and be made part of the order dated 10.9.2025. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.
