The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated in the present case. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioner obtained a tender from the government authorities on the basis of a demand draft which is forged.

Considering the materials in the case diary and the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 7540 of 2021 is dismissed.
