The present criminal revision was against an order dated 21.06.2019 passed by the learned A.C.J.M, Arambag in Misc. Case No.15 of 2019 in a proceeding under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present revision was preferred against an interim order but at present the main application has been disposed of. Accordingly, the present revision has now become infructuous.

In view of the said facts, the present revision is disposed of as infructuous.
