Begg ... for the State The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Pravash Bhattacharya, Learned Advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority.

The Learned Trial Court being the Learned ACJM, Uluberia, was pleased to issue warrant of arrest against the present petitioners.

The Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners intend to appear/surrender before the Learned Court below. In case, the petitioners surrender/appear before the Learned ACJM, Uluberia, with an application praying for bail, the Learned Trial Court will consider their application in accordance with law.

If the petitioners do appear/surrender by 1st of August, 2023, in that case, the Learned Trial Court would take into account whether any custodial detention of the petitioners are at all required in view of the fact that chargesheet has already been submitted before the said Court. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2679 of 2023 is disposed of.
