Mr. Debangan Bhattacharya, Ms. Amrin Khatoon, .....for the Petitioner Mr. Arijit Ganguly, Ms. Debjani Sahu .....for the State.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the revisional application charge sheet has already been submitted before the Jurisdictional Court and as such prays for liberty to file afresh.

Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to appear in this matter and represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority.

Having regard to prayers so advanced, I am of the opinion that the revisional application being CRR 2249 of 2019 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
