The application for anticipatory bail is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated August 17, 2022. The Court is informed that the petitioners were arrested. There is an order directing payment of costs. The order also records that in the event of default of payment of costs, District Magistrate, Murshidabad, will ensure initiation of appropriate proceedings under the Public Money Recovery Act for recovery of the costs as arrears of land revenue.

In such circumstances, CRM (A) 3788 of 2022 is disposed of. Learned Advocate appearing for the State is directed to communicate this order as well the order of August 17, 2022 with regard to the recovery of costs from the petitioners by the District Magistrate, Murshidabad to the District Magistrate, Murshidabad.
