Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a complaint being GDE No.1446 dated 23rd June, 2024 before the Officerin-Charge, Lalgola Police Station being the respondent no.3 in the instant writ petition but no steps have been taken by the respondent no.3 till date.

No one appears on behalf of the State.

Heard the parties at length.

The Officer-in-Charge, Lalgola Police Station shall take steps in relation to the complaint being GDE No.1446 dated 23rd June, 2024 in accordance with law and ensure that no harm is done to the petitioner or his family members.

With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of.

No order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
