Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will submit a fresh application for the electricity connection at his correct residential address. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application. If such an application is submitted by the petitioner, it shall be considered by Calcutta Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC) in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of this order. Accordingly, WPA 17115 of 2025 stands disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
