Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. It is submitted that the present revision has been preferred as all the relevant copies has not been served upon the petitioner under Section 207 of the Cr.P.C.

As the State is not being represented, Ms. Puspita Saha present in Court is appointed to represent the State in the present case. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize the said appointment.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of with a direction upon the Trial Court to comply with the provision of Section 207 of the Cr.P.C. within a period of one month from the date of this order and also make an effort to dispose of the proceeding expeditiously. Parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
