Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved because of the illegal act of the respondents and the petitioner being armed with an order passed in TS No. 74/2015 approached this court.

In WPA 21873 of 2022 there was a specific direction passed on 11.05.2023 that in the event there is further violation of the order of injunction the petitioner may lodge complaint with Pathar Pratima Police Station. Accordingly petitioner lodged complaint with the Pathar Pratima Police Station on or about 24.06.2024. However, no steps have been taken by the police authorities.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State submits that number of cases have been registered and, in fact, in respect of the

information furnished on 24.06.2024 a case was registered by the Pathar Pratima Police Station being Pathar Pratima PS Case No. 235/2024 dated 29.06.2024.

Having considered that the police authorities have taken steps pursuant to the information received, I am of the view that the grievance of the petitioner for the time being has been addressed. Police authorities would take the investigation to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 18102 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
