Mr. Raj Kr. Sain Mr. Sukhendu Banerjee ....for the petitioners Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are some incurable defects in the revisional application. As such, the petitioners would not like to press the same and would pray for liberty to file an appropriate application afresh. On such prayer, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioners from filing an appropriate application afresh on the self-same grounds. The Criminal Section is directed to return the certified copy of the order sheet and the petition to the learned advocate on record of the petitioner upon compliance of necessary formalities and upon submission of a copy of the said order for the record. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
