Though the petitioner's name was forwarded by the Assistant Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission, no transfer was made. However, the petitioner filed one application for transfer through Utsoshree portal which appears at page 20 of the writ application.

Mr. Mitra, learned advocate for the State submits that the application for transfer has been rejected as he applied on medical ground and his illness does not come within the four corners of the medical ground for which transfer can be made.

I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools to intimate the reason for rejection of such application of the petitioner through Utsoshree portal within a period of three weeks from date.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
