The writ petition is taken up for consideration in presence of the learned advocates representing the parties.
On perusal of the prayer (a), it appears that petitioner has prayed for issuance of mandamus for appointing her as an Assistant Teacher in a primary school.
On posing query, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that inadvertently such prayer has been couched.
It has also been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that issue involved in this writ petition pertains to secondary education. Prayer is also made on behalf of the petitioner to grant leave to the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition and file afresh.
Such prayer is not opposed by the learned advocates representing the respondents.
The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on self-same cause of action.
There shall be, however, no order as to costs.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
