The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are the parents-in-law, petitioner no. 3 is the elder brother-in-law and the petitioner no.4 is the married sister-in-law of the victim. It is submitted that the victim committed suicide and they have been falsely implicated. 2.

The learned Counsel for the State, in opposing the prayer for anticipatory bail, has referred to the statement of the relatives of the victim as well as neighbours and submitted that all the petitioners are responsible for the death of the victim.

Considering the materials available in the case diary and having regard to the fact that the victim died within three years of marriage at the matrimonial house and all the petitioners have been implicated by the family members of

the victim as well as by the neighbours, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioners. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Soumen Sen, J.) (Uday Kumar, J.)
