Mr. Baidurya Ghosal, learned counsel appearing for the Bank submits that present writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 30th June, transferring the petitioner from RO, Suri to Kasnemnagar Branch. There was no interim order granted by this Court. The petitioner joined the Kasnemnagar Branch as per impugned order and the petitioner also retired on service on 31st December, 2020 and nothing survives in the present writ petition. In view of such submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
