Copy of the un-served writ petition is opened from the envelope and returned to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner retaining the unserved envelope. 3.

The petitioner's prayer for refund of the balance security deposit along with interest in respect of the work order issued for construction of Common Facility Centre by the Westinghouse Saxby Farmer Limited is pending consideration.

Without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the competent authority of the respondent

no.1 to take a decision on the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with the prevailing guidelines/notifications after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties by passing a reasoned order at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5.

If the claim of the petitioner is admitted by the authority, then necessary subsequent steps for releasing payment shall be taken.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
