Since the innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of Misc. Case No.574 of 2023 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 7th Court, Howrah the matter may be disposed of without service of notice upon the opposite parties.

The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act is pending before the learned trial court since 2023 In view of the above, the learned Trial Court is directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as the business of the Court would permit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

The revisional application being CRR 2943 of 2024 is disposed of.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
