1. We find from our previous orders that none appeared on behalf of the parties on June 24, 2025 and only the respondents were represented on July 01, 2025, the two previous occasions when the present appeal was taken up for hearing.

2. Even today, at the time of call, although the respondent no.1-Bidhan Nagar Municipal Corporation is represented through counsel, it is submitted that the respondent is not equipped with the brief of the matter in view of a change of panel of Advocates of the respondent no.1-Corporation.

3. Be that as it may, since the appellant is consistently absent and chooses not to argue his matter, MAT 1208 of 2019 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.

4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
