The petitioner's grievance in this matter relates to turning down of this application for transfer. Subsequently the District Inspector of Schools made some temporary arrangement of teachers as appears from annexure P-5(b) of the writ application. Thereafter the petitioner made one representation to the Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal on 22nd September, 2021 which has not been considered as yet by the Commissioner.

I direct the petitioner to make a fresh representation addressing the Commissioner of School Education along with necessary papers like Annexure P-5(b) etc. within a period of seven days from date and the Commissioner is directed to consider the said

application after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation. After considering the representation within eight weeks, the Commissioner is directed to pass one reasoned order by two weeks thereafter and to intimate the same to the petitioner.

It has been pointed out by the learned advocate for the State that the petitioner has made application for transfer through Utshashree portal.

This point is also required to be considered by the Commissioner of School Education.

With the above direction and observation, this writ application is disposed of.
