It appears that proceedings under Section 195 of the Cr. P.C. have been registered towards the threat and intimidation to the petitioner. The S.P., Malda has also filed a further report, which is kept with the record.

It appears from the report that the Investigating Officer SI Sonam Sherpa has been called in the Orderly Room Part I with regard to her omission and has been censured.

The C.S. No. 178 dated 12.02.2023 under Sections 376/506 of the IPC has been filed against the accused, one Mithun Das.

In view of the above, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
