2. The proclamation under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has been issued against the petitioner on 08.05.2023.

3. In view of issue of proclamation much prior to the date of filing of the present petition on 25.07.2023, the present petitioner as laid is not maintainable.

4. Accordingly, the application being CRM (A) 3054 of 2023 is dismissed.
