Prasad ...for the petitioners Writ petition is considered in presence of the learned advocate representing the petitioners who relies upon the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench dated 1st April, 2024 passed in two intra Court appeals being MAT 847 of 2022 and MAT 740 of 2023 which were directed against the judgment of a coordinate Bench dated 27th September, 2019. According to the petitioners in the present writ petition similar issue has been involved which was considered by the coordinate Bench while delivering judgment dated 27th September, disposing of batch of writ petitions. In aforesaid two intra Court appeals preferred by the petitioner no. 7 in the present writ petition the Hon'ble Division Bench granted leave to the appellant to get the present writ petition disposed of in the light of the judgment dated 27th September, 2019 which led the learned advocate representing the petitioners in this writ petition to bring it to the notice of this Court for obtaining similar order as

passed by the coordinate Bench on 27th September, 2019.

The order dated 27th September, 2019 passed by the coordinate Bench and the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench dated 1st April, 2024 are placed before this Court and same are taken on record.

In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioners the present writ petition stands dismissed since the issue involved in this writ petition is covered by the judgment dated 27th September, 2019.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
