The matter has been taken up for consideration pursuant to the order dated 3rd April, in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner and the State respondents.
Mr.
Bhattacharya, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and the benefits which were required to be paid has already been released. It has also been apprised by the learned advocate for the petitioner that in the meantime petitioner has died.
In view of such submission being made on behalf of the petitioner no order need be passed on this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
However, there shall be no order as to
costs.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
