Mr. Swapan Kumar Pal Mrs. Sukla Das Chandra ..for the appellants in M.A.T. 1399 of 2024 Mr. Ayan Banerjee Ms. Debjani Sengupta Ms. Paulomi Ghosh ..for the appellants in C.O.T. 114 of 2024 and For the respondent in M.A.T. 1399 of 2024 Two appeals are taken up for analogous hearing as both are directed against an interim order passed in a pending writ petition.

As noted above, the impugned order dated May 21, 2024 passed in W.P.A. 11557 of 2023 did not decide any of the rights of the parties to the litigation finally. In such circumstances, we are not minded to interfere in this present appeal.

M.A.T. 1399 of 2024 and C.O.T. 114 of 2024 along with all connected applications in both the appeals are disposed of without any order as to costs.

All points raised by the parties are kept open to be decided by the learned Single Judge.
