This Court has heard the counsel for the petitioner. The report in the form of affidavit of the Chairman, DPSC, South 24 Parganas has also been considered and the same is taken on record.

It appears that the petitioner has serious issues concerning service at Shibpur Sagar Madhabpur F.P. School under Pathar Pratima North Circle, South 24 Parganas.

The petitioner has also been assaulted by local residents. There are disputes and differences between the former head

teacher one Pampa Ghosh and the petitioner.

In the backdrop of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Chairman, DPSC, South 24 Parganas to consider passing of the petitioner as head teacher in any other schools within his district outside the Pathar Pratima Circle.

The period of absence in the earlier school shall the appropriately decided by the Chairman, DPSC, South 24 Parganas.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
