The writ petition arises out of certain civil disputes in between the petitioner and the private respondents.

After the present writ petition was filed, the petitioner approached this Court by filing a further writ petition being WPA 2595 of 2021. An interim order was passed in the said writ petition on 30th July, 2021 directing the police to ensure that the petitioner is able to enjoy the immovable property as decreed by the civil court.

It has been submitted that as the petitioner is protected by the interim order granted in the subsequent writ petition filed by the petitioner, accordingly, the instant writ petition may be disposed of.

Learned advocate representing the private respondents submits, upon instructions, that the order passed by the Court on 30th July, 2021 has duly been complied with.

It appears that indeed the petitioner is appropriately protected by the order dated 30th July, 2021.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the police to comply the direction passed by the Court on 30th July, 2021. The writ petition stands disposed of.
