The I. C., Dakshineswar Police Station is not complying with a direction dated 18th July, 2022 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, In-charge, Barrackpore to enforce an order of injunction dated 11th July, 2021.

Counsel for the State submits that his client has not been informed as to whether the injunction subsists even as on date.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that injunction is continuing after extension from time to time. Let a copy of the extended interim order be communicated to the I. C., Dakshineswar Police Station, who shall strictly comply with the civil court's order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
