2.From the report it appears that passport was issued by the Embassy of India, Kuwait, in the name of one Kalyan Ghosh. Spot verification of the address in the passport shows another person with the same name i.e. Kalyan Ghosh is residing there.

3. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, it appears passport does not belong to the petitioner and it is not prudent to enlarge him on bail.
