1. Counsel for the appellant submits that they have misplaced the entire records of the case.

2. The appeal is more than about 21 years old.

3. Let the appeal stand dismissed for default as it appears that no steps have been taken to get the appeal heard till today.

4. However, leave is reserved to the appellant to apply for restoration after the records are traced out and the appellant wishes to press the appeal.

5. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. Let the T.C.R. be returned, if any, to the Court below.

8. The registry shall communicate a copy of this order to the Court below.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
