None appears on behalf of appellants. Same situation prevailed on 25th June, 2021, when following order was made:- "The second appeal tender is of year 2000. Defect reported is of error in heading of the memo stating original decree instead of appellate decree. We do not see that this defect to stand in the way of the appeal being moved for admission as the defect can be removed by the learned advocate in Court itself, upon leave granted. However, none appears on behalf of appellants.

Let notice be issued to the learned advocate, enclosing copy of this order, that the appeal will be listed in monthly list of August, 2021. In event appellants continue to go unrepresented, the appeal is likely to be dismissed on adjournment date or thereafter.

Noting dated 3rd August, 2021 says the notice was served. Printed list has been published. We are convinced appellants have lost interest.

SAT 3785 of 2000 is dismissed.
