In terms of the impugned order dated 07.07.2011, the Trial Court refused to proceed against the accused person, as the report under Section 202 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Hasnabad police station did not support the nature of allegation made by the complainant. On perusal of materials, it appears that it is not a fit case to interfere into the impugned order.

Accordingly, the instant criminal application stands dismissed on merit.
