A report has been submitted by the learned advocate for the State. I have considered the report.

Having considered that more than months have passed since the investigation commenced, I am of the view that the investigation has not been

conducted with efforts and efficiency.

Accordingly, the investigation of Tamluk PS Case No. 1257 of 2023 dated 20.11.2023 is transferred to the District Cyber Crime Police Station, Purba Medinipur.

The Additional Superintendent of Police and/or SDPO in charge of the said Cyber Crime Police Station would monitor the investigation of the said case so that the investigation can be conducted efficiently and taken to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 17209 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
