Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and the State and having considered the materials in the case diary including the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the victim and considering the injury report of the victim and the statement of the eyewitnesses recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM 7554 of 2021 is dismissed. (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.) (Debangsu Basak, J.)
