It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that all the petitioners have expired during pendency of the writ petition and the legal heirs of the said petitioners have not got intouch with the learned counsel. Learned counsel further submits that upon death of the petitioners, the writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed, being infructuous.

Consequently CAN 1 of 2019 is dismissed.
