In view of a prima facie case of contempt having been made out, due to apparent inaction on the part of the respondent/alleged contemnor no.3 primarily and by respondent no.1 incidentally, the petitioner shall serve copies of the contempt application on the respondent nos.1 and 3 indicating that the matter shall be enlisted for hearing on July 21, 2022.

Affidavits-in-opposition, if any, shall be filed by July 14, 2022. Reply, if any, shall be filed by July 20, 2022. Leave is granted to the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner to amend the cause title of the contempt application for the purpose of incorporating the name of the present incumbents in the post of alleged contemnor nos.1 and 3.
