By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 1st November, 2021 passed by the respondent Fast Track Revisional Authority, Bench - IV rejecting its 'C' Forms by giving elaborate reason. This is not a case where any order has been passed by the authority in contravention of any statutory provision or in violation of principle of natural justice or committing any procedural irregularity or constitutional validity of any statute is involved and as such I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition being WPA 17729 of 2022 and the same is dismissed.
