Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the incident arose out of property dispute. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report of the victims. He submits two victims were injured, one of them required to be hospitalized. He refers to the photograph of the injury suffered by the person who was hospitalized.

Considering the nature of injury suffered by the victim as appearing from the materials in the case diary and considering the statements recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 3796 of 2022 is dismissed.
