Agarwala Mr. P Bose..........for the State Learned advocate for the State has filed a report through the I.C Kotwali PS, KPD, Nadia annexing a copy of the judgment dated 23.04.2015 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Krishnanagar, Nadia, in Sessions Case no. 1(3) of 2015 and Sessions Trial No. I(III) of 2015 whereby the present petitioner had been acquitted of the charges framed against him. Let the said report and judgment be kept with the record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly, disposed of.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial court immediately.
