Learned counsel for the petitioner restricts the petitioner's prayer to the consideration of a representation, annexed at page-22 of the writ petition, praying for some instalments in repayment of the loan of the petitioner to the respondent-Bank. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the innocuous prayer made, the writ petition does not remain adversarial and, as such, no affidavits are directed. It is deemed that the allegations made in the writ petition are not admitted by the respondents.

WPA No. 17284 of 2023 is disposed of in terms of the prayer of the petitioner to the effect that the respondent-Bank shall consider the representation of the petitioner for easy instalments, annexed at

page-22 of the writ petition, for repayment of the petitioner's loan.

Upon such consideration, which is expectedly to be done within a month from date, the respondent no.1-Bank shall communicate in writing the outcome of such consideration to the petitioner.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
