1) 1.6 kgs. of Heroin was allegedly recovered from the house of the accused persons, one of whom is the present petitioner. The petitioner says that he is in custody for 202 days. He says he has no truck with the contraband item.

2) We find from the seizure list that prima facie, the petitioner is involved in the alleged crime. In view of the commercial quantity of contraband item being involved and the restriction under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, we are not inclined to entertain the prayer for bail of the petitioner, at this stage.

3) CRM (NDPS) 1132 of 2024 is dismissed.
